Popular Detox Tea Recipe: Lemon Ginger Detox Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional)
  • 2 cups water
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ginger: Peel and slice the fresh ginger into thin pieces.
  2. Boil Water: In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
